Not a language course — a rehearsal machine for six encounters you will actually have: the warung, the café, the minimart, the street, asking directions, and the compliment that brings the cook out of the kitchen. Three sittings of about 40 minutes each:

• Foundations — pronunciation, six grammar shortcuts, who to call what, the core 20 words, greetings.
• The money scenarios — ordering at a warung, ordering drinks, compliments, cold-call practice.
• Logistics — numbers and prices, the minimart, directions, the don't-say list.
